SPRING SOCCER ~ EXCEL SOCCER CLUB
COED YOUTH SOCCER FOR ALL OF SANTA CRUZ COUNTY
Teams are either school or neighborhood-based.
All games will be played at Good Shepherd School
Under 6 players should be 5 or turn 5 by May 1, 2008
Under 8 players must be 6 and no older than 7 on July 31, 2008
Under 16 players cannot turn 16 before May 1, 2008
REGISTRATION: Forms may be downloaded here or picked up at the following locations:
- Aptos Academy, 1904 Bonita Dr. (San Andreas/Larkin Valley exit from Hwy 1)
- Boulder Creek Public Library
- 101 Seton Way ( side door please) - Westside Santa Cruz
- Rogue Soccer Shop - Soquel Drive ( across from Dominican Hospital )
- Jerry’s Sports – 7000 Soquel Ave.
FILL OUT FORM - make sure to include all information and parent signature (be sure to sign in both places)
ENCLOSE: a copy of the birth certificate (for new players), a small photo, and a check for the appropriate amount (see below). The photo is required for players who are 8 and older, playing U-10 and above.
COST:
- Registrations received between October 15 and October 31: $75 per player
- Registrations received between November 1 and November 30: $85 per player
- Registrations received after December 1: $100 per player
Scholarships available to qualified applicants.

REFUND POLICY: All refund requests must be in writing. Requests received before March 8, 2008 will be refunded, minus a $15 registration fee. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER MARCH 8.
DATES: Spring soccer season runs from March 8 to May 15. There are no games the weekend of March 22. Coaches will be contacting their teams after Feb. 18.
Parents: Make this season a memorable one for you and your children by volunteering for one of the following Excel Soccer Club positions:
- Board Member
- Coach or Assistant Coach
- Referee
